The Spell Check window

   1.   Simply click your cursor on the page you want to have spell checked, and select the   button.  The Spell Check wizard will target

misspelled or unusual words, or abbreviations.  Each targeted word will be brought up in red font, and will be seen underneath Word

         Not in Dictionary.

   2.   Use the Ignore button, to go on to the next targeted  word.  Ignore can be used when an unusual word or abbreviation has been

written infrequently, and you just want to continue with the Spell Check.

   3.   Use the Ignore All button to avoid having one word repeatedly brought up as being misspelled.  An example might be if you were

writing an article about "feng shui,"  the Chinese method of arranging the human environment to perfection. The word "feng shui"

would be targeted many times in the report.  Ignore All avoids repeatedly targeted words.

   4.   Click Add to add an unusual  word to the Spell Check's Dictionary, or an unusual spelling of a word.  These words can be names of

people,  places, street addresses, foreign words, or technical words you use frequently,  such as a business address of

"123 Berwique Drive."   By adding the word to the Dictionary, you will avoid having the word targeted again and again.

   5.   To replace a misspelled word with its correct spelling, click the correctly spelled word that is listed in the Suggestions box.

   6.   Then, click on the Replace button.  The Spell Check wizard will automatically replace the misspelled word with the correctly spelled

word.  If you know you have misspelled the same word several times on the same page, you can select the correct spelling of the

word, and then, click on Replace All button.  The word will be replaced with correct spelling, throughout the page.

   7.   To exit the Spell Check wizard, and return to your working page, click Cancel.
