Submit a Sitemap

The next step is to submit a sitemap. From the Webmaster Tools Dashboard, select Submit a Sitemap.

Your website name will appear. Annotate it with "sitemap.aspx". Click Submit Sitemap. Periodically check the Google Webmaster Tools to check the status of the indexing of the sitemap for your site. It can take as long as 48 hours.
