Click the "Add new Child Site"  button located in the upper right corner of the window. It shows empty bars in the Add new Child Site window.

Enter the Child Site Name and it will appear in the tree view of the Current Sites section, on the left side of screen.

Enter the URL for the child site, either Full Domain or Subdomain, not both.

Enter the URL in the Full Domain entry box when the Child Site has its own unique URL that is different from the URL of the Organization Site. For example, if the URL for the Organization (Parent) site is www.yourcompany.com and the child site’s URL is www.child4.com, you would enter “www.child4.com” in the Full Domain entry box.

Enter the Subdomain name when the URL for the child site is an extension of the URL for the Organization site. For example: if the Organization site URL is www.yourcompany.com. And the child site is www.child4.yourcompany.com, you would enter “Child4” in the Subdomain entry box.

Group: If you want to assign the child site to a group, click "Assign Groups" . The Assign Groups window will appear. If you do not assign any groups, the default will be zero assigned groups.
- Select the checkboxes for the group(s) you wish to assign for the child site.
- Once done, click "OK"

- If you wish to exit the screen without saving any changes click "Close"

- To add a new group, click "Add"
, then type in the name of the new group.

To save, click "Save" .

To leave the screen without saving any changes, click "Close" .

To delete a group, select the group and then click "Remove" .
4. Click "Close" . For complex page grouping, go to "Page Publishing," or click here.
For complex content grouping, go to "Content Publishing," or click here.
5. Click the Template & Skin Selector button, and select the template to be applied to the new child site.
(The templates shown below may not match the templates shown on your screen.)
6. Fill in the address information that is located to the right of the screen.

7. In the User Information section at the bottom of the window, click the Add new user radio button.
8. When a User Name is entered, this person becomes the SuperAdmin for the Child Site.
9. Password/Confirm Password double checks the accuracy of an entered password.
10. Enter user’s Email Address.
11. Now, click "Apply" to save changes and remain in the Sites Administrative screen.
Then, click"Done" to exit the screen.
12. Click "Cancel" to abandon any changes and exit the screen.
We will present a confirmation message if all information was correctly submitted.
