Edit Organization Site (Organization-level Users ONLY) |
- From the Administration drop-down, select Sites. Webtreepro presents the Site Administration screen with the attributes of the selected site displayed in the Edit Organization section of the window.
- From the Current Sites tree view, select the organization site (top level of tree view) to be managed. The screen will show you all the attributes of the selected site, which can then be edited.

The user may make changes in the Edit Organization section:

Org. Site Name: is the name that will appear in the Current Sites section tree view box. This is typically the “friendly” name of the site.
- Domain: is the URL of the site that is being edited.
- Group: A group is a set of sites that will automatically inherit a similar set of content. For example, if content often differs by the geographic location, you could set up groups based upon location (United States, West Coast, East Coast, Panhandle, Northwest, etc.). You do not have to use this feature. If you do not assign any groups, the default will be no assigned groups. Select
. The Groups screen will present.
- To add a new group, click
, then type in the name of the new group. To save, click .
- To leave the screen without saving any changes, click
.
- To delete a group, select the group and then click
.
- Click
. For complex page grouping, go to page publishing. For complex content grouping, go to content publishing.
- Default Template: is used to select the page layout that will be used for all pages unless otherwise designated when a page is being added. To preview the available templates, click
and webtreepro will present the template viewer. While in preview mode, the template can also be selected by clicking on the template image and selecting close.

Default Skin: is used to select the color palette that will be used for all pages on the site being edited, unless otherwise designated when a new page is being added. To preview the available skins, click and webtreepro will present the skin viewer. While in preview mode, a skin can also be selected by clicking on a skin image and selecting close.

Address, Country, State, City, Zip, Phone, Email: these can be changed using this screen.

Google API Key: is a key provided by Google for use in conjunction with the Store Locator. This is described in detail in the Store Locator section.

When Finished:

Click to save changes and remain in the Site Administration screen.

Click to save changes and exit the screen.

Click to abandon any changes and exit the screen. |
