You can make changes in the Edit Organization section, such as:

Org. Site Name is the name that will appear in the Current Sites section on the left side of the window. Usually, this is the “friendly” name of the site.
- Domain is the URL of the site that is being edited.
- Groups: A group is a set of sites that will automatically be given a similar set of content. If you need to edit Groups, select "Edit Groups"
, and the Groups window will come up, as seen below.

To add a new group, click "Add" , then, enter the name of the new group. To save, click "Save" .

To leave the screen without saving any changes, click "Close" .

To delete a group, you'll need to select the group and then, click "Remove" .

Click "Close" to exit the Groups window.
4. Templates and Skin: A Generic template may have been already chosen for you, as seen below. You can choose a
different "Skin" template that will be used for all of your pages. This will be your newly edited Default Skin.

5. Use Advanced Permissions: If you check this, you can choose from a wide variety of permissions for you or another user,
that can be as specific as going down to an individual page level. Once checked, you don't have to use the Advanced
Permissions, but they will be available. If left unchecked, you, or the person who will own this site, will have more generalized
permissions.
6. Search Index: If you need to change your Search Index choice, select which pages a Search Engine would be to be allowed
to search.

All pages: A Search Engine would return results from all pages.

Public pages: A Search Engine would return results from all pages except those that are Excluded or those that require a Login.

Public and Excluded pages: A Search Engine would return results from all pages including the Excluded pages.

Public and Privilege pages: A Search Engine would return results from all pages that are not Excluded and also pages that require a Login.
9. Dynamic Content: If you want to add, delete, or change any added Dynamic Content in your site, click on "Set Dynamic
Content." [ProductName ] will bring up the Dynamic Content window, seen below.

Enter any Site name, and click "Filter"  . The "Filter" will bring up all the information about the site.

Move your cursor to the content that needs to be deleted or changed. To delete the added content, click  . The added content will be deleted.

If you would like to add new Field Names, use the blank spaces at the bottom of the window. Enter in a Field Name and its Value. Then, click  to add this new Field and Value.

Click "Save"  to save your changes.

Click "Cancel"  to leave the Dynamic Content window without saving any changes.
To the right of the Edit Organization window is the Location tab and the Locator tab.
6. Enter any changes needed in the Address, Country, State, City, Zip, Phone, Email panel.
7. Google API Key is a key provided by Google for using with the Store Locator.
8. When Finished:

Click "Apply" to save your changes and remain in the Site Administration screen.

Click "Done" to save changes and exit the screen.

Click "Cancel" to abandon any changes and exit the screen.
Webtreepro will present a confirmation message if all information was correctly submitted.
