Reset Password

If you have a user that has forgotten their password, they can use the password recovery process.  Users may reset their password from the login page.

1. Click “I need a new password".  Webtreepro presents the Password Assistance screen:
2. Step 1:  Enter your User Name.
   1. If you wish to leave the dialog box, click  .
   2. Otherwise, click  .
3. Step 2:  Enter your Secret Question Answer.
   1. If you need to go back to Step 1 of Password Assistance, click  .
   2. If you wish to leave Password Assistance without making any changes, click   .
   3. Otherwise, click  .
4. Step 3:  Enter a new Password and retype it in the Confirm box.
   1. If you need to go back to Step 2 of Password Assistance click  .
   2. If you wish to leave Password Assistance without making any changes, click  .
   3. Otherwise, click .
5. Webtreepro will confirm your password has been changed.
   1. If you wish to change the password that was just entered, in Step 3, click , and repeat step 3.
   2. If you wish to leave Password Assistance without making any changes, click  .
   3. Click the login on the site link or   to get to login screen.
