Resetting a Password

   To create a new Password, start from the Login page, and click on the words I need a new password.   

   The Password Assistance wizard comes up, as seen below. 

STEP 1.

        Enter your User Name.

• If you want to leave the dialog box, click Cancel   .
• Otherwise, click Next   .

                   STEP 2. 

                  Enter your Secret Question answer.

• If you need to go back to Step 1 of Password Assistance, click Previous   .
• If you want to leave Password Assistance without making any changes, click Cancel   .
• Otherwise, click Next   .

                                                          STEP 3

                                             Enter a new Password and retype it in the Confirm box. The Password needs at least 8 characters.

• If you need to go back to Step 2 of Password Assistance click Previous  .
• If you want to leave Password Assistance without making any changes, click Cancel  .
• Otherwise, click Next  .

                                                                                          Webtreepro will confirm your Password has been changed.

• If you want to change the Password that was just entered, go to Step 3, click Previous , and repeat step 3.
• If you want to leave Password Assistance without making any changes, click Cancel  .
• Click the login on the site link, or Finish  to get to the Login screen.
