Which Pages Should Display the Content? |
|
The Placement screen let’s you determine where the Content will appear on the page.
You can, also, decide if the Content should appear on other pages as well.
|
|

- From the Content Placement screen, select the page or pages where this Content will appear. NOTE: This does not determine whether or not the Content will appear on child sites. You can decide that when you reach the Publishing page.
- You will need to select one of the following:
- This page only means that the Content will not appear on any other pages of the site. Usually, this is an article (text, images, flash, forms, or slide shows).
- This page and any page beneath it means that this Content will appear on all the pages that exist, and the ones that are added below this page. These are usually Link Lists, Section Lists, or advertising images.
- Every page means this Content should appear on EVERY page of the site. Usually this is used for menus, breadcrumbs, search engines, etc.
- From the Panel location dropdown, select the panel where this Content will appear. Some of the Templates seen above may or may not be the same Template selection you have available for your use. The needs of individual websites vary.
Webtreepro offers different selections to meet your website's particular needs.
4. Click Next . Webtreepro will take you to the Publish Dates screen.

Note:
When new Content is added to a panel that already has Content placed in it, the new Content will always appear at the bottom of the selected panel. To move the new Content, make a right click in the new Content. A quick edit flyout will appear and offer the options to "Move" the Content.
The choices offered are: Up, Down, Move Last. These choices can be used in the current panel. Other choices offer to move the new Content to panels outside the current panel, such as, to the Main panel, the Header, the Footer, or to the Menu panel.
