Add Adwords Conversion Codes |

|
Webtreepro offers you the ability to add Adwords Conversion Codes that will enable
you to pinpoint just which pages your website's visitors are most attracted to.
These codes remain unseen when in Published Mode.
You cannot personally host Adwords Conversion Code on your website,
but there are many companies on the Internet that will do this for you at no cost.

To place a Conversion Code, first go to the page where you want the Code to be in place.
The Code's HTML must be contained in an Article.
So, you'll need to go to the gray panel to the left of your screen, click Add Content, and select "Article"
from the list of Contents.
To review how to add an Article, see the page,
Add an Article,
or click here. |

|
1. Once the Article has been added, click your cursor inside the Article. Now, go to the 5th section of the Editing Toolbar at the top of
your screen, and click the HTML icon. We strongly recommend the HTML be placed in a separate and isolated Article
that has no other content in it. See FAQ "HTML" for more information, or click here. |
|
2. The HTML/Java Script Properties window comes up.
3. Enter the HTML code for the Adwords Conversion Code. This is easily done by doing a Ctrl + C to copy the code, and then
Ctrl + V to paste the code into the above window.
4. If the HTML will contain a button, check the box for This Snippet contains a button (e.g. Submit, Buy Now, Register, etc.).
5. Click OK to save the HTML code, and exit the HTML Properties window.
6. An HTML "placeholder” will be seen in the Article when in Edit Mode only. In Published or Date Preview Mode, the actual
Adwords Conversion Code will be in place, but will remain unseen to your website visitor.
