Add a Dropdown List

This page is devoted to only adding a Dropdown List to your Form.

To learn about Single and Multiple Selection Lists, click here.

A Dropdown List enables you to offer a customer

a wide variety of choices.

As an added benefit, all these choices won't take up extra space

 on your Form.

Place a Form into a page, insert a Table, and click the cursor in the Table.

Then, click on the Dropdown List icon in the Forms Toolbar.

The Selection Field Properties window will appear, seen below.

   6.   Item Value submitted by Form:  This will be a copy of whatever is entered for the list items, but can be edited to send a different

alpha-numeric string.  The word "Value" is actually the information given by the visitor.  The "Value" will be reported to you in Reports.

   7.   Click Save to add the "List item" and "Value" entry.  Both will be shown in the lower display panes, and the entry boxes will be cleared
