Radio Button

1. This control allows for the addition of radio buttons to your form.  Once a form has been added to an article, either in a row of a table, or in the article where you wish to place the form element, clicking this control present the Radio Properties dialog box.
2. Enter a Name:   this will be used to identify that field in the email which will be sent.
3. Enter a Value:  this is what is sent when the radio button is selected by a site visitor.
4. Choose if Selected is the default state:
   1. Checked—the form will show this radio button as pre-selected.
   2. UnChecked—the form will show this radio button as not selected.
5. Click OK to save.
6. Click Cancel to cancel the entries.
