a File to be Uploaded and click the Upload File icon.

  1. It will bring up the File Upload Properties window.

   2.  Enter a Name:   This is important as it will be used to identify each title of the Form's information.  For an example:

a title could be named Uploaded File.  When the Form is submitted, Webtreepro places each individual piece

of information under a specific title Name.  You will see that a File is available to download from Reports.  For more

about Reports, see the bottom of the page Example of a Form, or  click here.

   3.   If a File Upload is to be required of the visitor, click the checkbox in front of Mark this field as required.  If the Form

is submitted without a file, the Form will respond to the user with an reminder that a file must be uploaded.

   4.   Select the file types that you want to accept by clicking in the boxes.  Choose any or all of the following files:  asx, doc, docx,

eps, flv, htm, html, mp3, pdf, ppt, pptx, rar, xls, xlsx, xml, and/or zip

   5.   Click OK    to save.  A File Upload placeholder will appear.

  6.   When in Published Mode, the placeholder will appear next to the Browse button. The visitor will click on the Browse button

which will take him/her to library files to choose a file to download.  The file name will appear in the Browse bar.

  7.   To read the file that was sent on the Form, go to Reports and click on the Form's title.  The file will appear.  You also can add

it to your Library by clicking on "Send to Library."

   8.   If you decide against adding an Upload File option, click Cancel  to exit without saving.
