Link Lists Details-Common Properties

Select the Common Properties tab. These settings govern the overall behavior and appearance of the link list.

Style—governs the overall “look” of the link list.
1. Horizontal List—links will spread across the panel (Left to Right margin)
2. Vertical List—links will be stacked vertically, aligned on the left margin of the panel
3. Drop Down—links will be in a drop-down control
Alignment—determines how the link Title will be horizontally oriented within the button
1. Left—places the Title at the left edge of the button
2. Right—places the Title at the right edge of the button
3. Center—places the Title equidistant between the left and right edge of the button
Separator (can only be set if Horizontal List is selected)—choose between None, Bullet or Pipe styles of separator
Vertical Alignment (can only be set if Horizontal List is selected)—determines how the link Title will be vertically oriented within the button:
1. None—places the Title in the position determined by your site’s skin
2. Top—places the Title at the top edge of the button
3. Middle—places the Title equidistant from the top and bottom edge of the button
4. Bottom—places the Title at the lower edge of the button
Show # of items per line (can only be set if Horizontal List is selected)—determines the number of links that will appear across the panel
Height (can only be set if Horizontal List is selected)—determines the vertical height of the button in pixels
Width (can only be set if Horizontal List is selected)—determines the vertical width of the button in pixels
Vertical List Options
1. Separator—choose between None, Solid Border, Dotted Border styles of separators
2. Spacing between items:—to change the space between the links, enter a number in pixels
3. Separator and text space:—to change the space between the links, enter a number in pixels
Select the Styles tab.
