Content Visibility

The Visibility screen is where you determine who can see the new content. This setting enables the creation of private content that can only be viewed by users that are logged in to the site. For example, you may have an article that only a logged in visitor can view and this can be set on the visibility screen.

Choose the Visibility options:
1. Everyone allows any site visitor to view this content.
2. Only logged in users of this site requires that the site visitor be logged in with credentials to see this content. This is primarily for Extranet/Intranet visitors. If this option is selected, you may then choose the Roles:
  1. All Roles is the default and assumes that any logged user can see this content.
  2. Each Role(s) are the individual roles associated with the site. These can be selected in any combination desired.
