Content Visibility Basics

The Visibility screen is where you determine who can see the new content.

This screen will allow you to block viewers who are not logged in to the site.

1. Choose one of the Visibility options:

Everyone: allows any site visitor to view this content.
Only logged in users of this site: requires the site visitor be logged in to see this content. This is primarily for Extranet and/or Intranet visitors.

2. If you have created Groups, and you want some or all of them to be able to see the Content, click Only logged in users

of this site. The Please select the user groups who may view this: will become active. It will offer a list of your user Groups

for you to select. For more information about adding Groups to Child sites, click here.

3. Click Next . Webtreepro will take you to the Publishing screen (Parent site users only). If there is no need for

you to continue with the Add Content wizard, you can click Finish to exit, and return to your working page. If you

decide against adding new Content, you can click Cancel to return to your working page without saving

anything.
