Question:

Why am I not able to select any of the items on the Editing Toolbar?

  Answer:

In order to access the Editing Toolbar, you must first click in an Article or other piece of content on a page.  This gives the Editor  "a heads-up," and it will allow you access to the Editing Toolbar.

Question:

If I click the Cancel button on the toolbar, is my Content lost?

Answer:

Once you select Cancel, all changes to Content on the entire page are lost up to the point of the last time you saved.  For more information, see "Page Toolbar," and the paragraphs that address "Save" and "Cancel," or click here.

Question:

I entered Content in a content box and saved it.  When I look at it in Published Mode, the page is visible, but the Content that I just entered is blank.  What could cause this?

  Answer:

In Edit Mode, if you right click on the Content, a flyout appears, seen below.  The second item on the list is a check box with the word Hide.  Click it and a warning box comes up.  It asks if you are sure you want to hide this Content.  Click the "Cancel" button.  "Cancel" is the default setting, but sometimes a user accidentally causes setting to become Hide.
