Page Visibility

The Visibility screen is where you determine who can see the new page.

Choose the Visibility options:
1. Everyone allows any site visitor to view this page.
2. Only logged in users of this site requires that the site visitor be logged in with credentials to see this page. This is primarily for Extranet/Intranet visitors. If this option is selected, you may also choose Roles:
  1. All Roles is the default and assumes that any logged user can see this content.
  2. The roles listed are the individual roles associated with the site.T hese can be selected in any combination desired.
