There might be times
when you will want to Copy a Page
in your site.
You don't have to go to that page to do this.
Just, go to the gray panel to the left
of your screen.
Click Copy Page, which will bring up the screen
seen below. |

1. When the Copy Page screen appears, it will show the title of the page you are currently on. You can copy this page,
or you can use the dropdown arrow to scroll through all the page titles on your site. Click on the page you have chosen to
copy.
2. The title of the copied page is shown beneath the original page's title.
3. Publish Page As Expired: This check box is offered should you decide you don't want to have a Stop Date put on the copied
page. If this is the case, click on the box to remove the check mark. Otherwise, leave the box checked, and your copied page
will not be seen in Published Mode. This is helpful, as usually the copied page is a piece being worked on, and is not
ready to be seen by site visitors. The Copy of Fifth Chapter seen below, has a Stop Date icon in front.
To see more about Stop Dates, click here.
4. Click Copy to copy the selected page. Immediately, there will be a Information Notice that will appear in
the upper right corner of the Copy Page screen. It will state the page was successfully copied.
5. Click Close to exit the Copy Page screen.
6. The copied page will show up in the "List of pages" to the left of your screen. An example is shown below.
7. To work on the copied page, go to the "List of pages," and look for the copied page. Sometimes, it will appear under the
original page title, as seen in the example, but other times it might be found elsewhere in the tree.
8. Once the page is ready to be published, go to the gray panel again, and click Edit Page Settings. The Edit Page wizard will appear.

9. Click on Publish Dates tab, and the window below appears.

10. In the example above, the Stop Date is 07/31/2011. To delete the Stop Date and have the page visible to visitors,
just click Clear . Or, if you want to change the Stop Date to another date, use the calendar's forward >
or backward < arrows to find the desired month, then click on the date. The double arrows, << >>, will change
the year.
