 The Page Visibility Screen

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 The Visibility screen is where you determine who can see the new page.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Choose the Visibility options:

  1. Everyone allows any site visitor to view this page.

 

    2.   Only logged in users of this site requires that the site visitor must be logged in (with permissions)  to see this page.  This is

            primarily for Extranet/Intranet visitors.  If this option is selected, you may also choose Roles:

 

        • All Roles allows any logged in user to see this content.

 

        • The Roles listed are the roles associated with the site.  These can be selected in any combination.

   3.   Click Next  .  Webtreepro will take you to the final step in adding a page, the Publishing page which is for

         parent site users only.  If you don't need to go to the Publishing page, click Finish,  and you will return to your

         brand new page.
