For more details, visit "At the Library: How to Search for Articles, Images, and/or Files," or click here.
The Heading, located underneath the Library Toolbar, is fairly self explanatory
but there are several features Webtreepro wants to share with you.
Let's look at the Library Listing page again, and focus on each category's heading.
-
Title is used to list images in alphabetical order. Yet, the actual word "Title" can be clicked on to change the order of the listing. Click once, and the list becomes alphabetical, organized from A to Z. Click the title again, or the arrow next to the title, to reverse the listing. It will show the list going from Z to A.
-
Title is partnered with Click to Preview. Click to Preview is used to check if the selected file is exactly what you want. Just click on the name of the Article. Image, or file, and the Library wizard will bring up its preview screen, see example below. Click Close Preview to return to the alphabetized list.
-
When you click on Click to Preview, notice that an arrow will appear after the title is clicked. This arrow also allows you to change the titles' alphabetical listing. Just click the "Up" arrow to turn it into a "Down" arrow. The list will now show titles organized from Z to A.

4. Another way to preview an Article, Image, or file is to roll your mouse over its title in the alphabetized listing. You will see a "Thumbnail" picture of the
Article, Image, or file.
5. The category, FileType, can be clicked on, and it will organize the list according to file types. The arrow pointing upward shows the file is
organized by largest size of a certain type of file to smallest size of files. When you click on the arrow or the title, FileType, again the arrow will point
downward. This means the list is organized by smallest to largest size.
6. The title, Size, can be clicked on and it will organize the list according to size. Notice the up arrow will appear after the title, Size is clicked.
This shows the files organized from small to large. Click the title or the arrow to make the list organize from largest to smallest.
7. The titles, Width and Height are in pixels, and are measurements of the files. These measurements are helpful when estimating if an image will fit
within a chosen panel. The titles, Width and Height also can be clicked on, and they will organize the files by measurements. Toggle the arrow, or click
on the title to make the list organize from the smallest to the largest, or from the largest to the smallest.
8. The title, URL, can be clicked on and will organize all the Urls according to the date the file was stored. Use the arrow to toggle between listings
organized from the earliest date to the latest, and visa versa.
9. The category Keywords can be clicked on and the Keywords will list alphabetically from A to Z. Click again and the alphabetical list will reverse.
If you want to return to an alphabetized list at any time, just click on Title again.
10. Created Date has unique capabilities. This is great tool to use. For example, if you stored several files yesterday, and you need to find them today,
all you would have to do is click twice on the Created Date title. The Library wizard will leave the alphabetized listing mode, and organize
the listing by the files' most recently stored date. Click again, and the Created Date will show the files' list reversed (stored from the earliest date they
were uploaded to the last date they were uploaded.)
