Let's start by taking a frequently used Article. Then, we'll show you how to store it in the Library for future use.
This is a handy procedure to use when you have an Article that you may want to use again.
An example might be a favorite advertisement or a seasonal promotion you use every year.
1. To Store an Article in the Library, first click your cursor inside the Article you want to store in the Webtreepro's Library. Then, make a
right click on the mouse. The Page Details flyout appears, seen above. Click Store Article, and the Add new article window appears.

-
Description: Enter a Description. This is, also, optional but, again, helps with searching for the Stored Article later.
-
My Content: These are Articles that are only available for you to use.
-
Site Content: These are Articles that are available to any authorized user of the website.
-
Shared Content: These are Articles only available at the parent level, for uploading. Articles loaded here are available to all child sites.
5. Click Save , and your Article will be placed in the Library.
6. Use Cancel to exit without saving.
To Retrieve an Article:
In order to retrieve an Article, it needs to have been stored by using the above method. Webtreepro will take you to a specific,
separate page in the Library where all your Stored Articles are kept. This will not be the same place where your other Articles are
stored.
|
When you want to retrieve
a favorite Article and put it onto a page of your site,
go to the page and panel where you want the Article placed.
Make sure there's an Article in the panel.
If not, you will need to place one there.
To review the page, Add an Article, click here.
Right click in the panel, and the Article Details flyout will appear.
Click on Retrieve An Article.
Webtreepro will take you to the specific page
where Stored Articles are kept.

-
You can, also, search for the Article by entering Keywords in the Search bar, if they were previously entered when you first stored the Article. (This category is not seen in our example.)
-

screen. To exit the Preview window, click the Close Preview button at the bottom.
Here are some other search options:
-
Use the Show dropdown to filter your search. Options include "All Files," "Articles," and "PDF Files," just to mention a few.
- Using the actual title of Created Date will help you find a particular Article, too. If you know the date when the Article was stored, double click on the title Created Date. The Library will group the Articles by the dates they were stored, from the earliest date to the latest date. Double click again, and the Library will group the Articles from the most recent date to the earliest date. It is a quick and easy way to search for a recently stored Article.
Once you've found the Article, select it by clicking in the gray box to the left of the Article's name.
Then, click Select at the bottom of the Library screen. (You may have to use the scroll bar.)
The Stored Article will be placed on your working page.
