The Library Page

There are several ways to Search for a particular Article, Image, or File.
Let's start with the Search tool located in the upper right of the toolbar.

Use Search to enter part of the letters, numbers, or words that are in the file's title. Enter the words in the Search bar, and click Search .

You can, also, search for the file by entering Keywords in the Search bar, if they were previously entered when you first stored the file. The Library will show a list of titles for you to select.

Double click on the title of the file you want, and click Search  . The Library will bring up the selected file.

If you need to check and see if this is the right image or file, you can click on its title which will bring up a Preview screen, seen below. To exit the Preview screen, click the Close Preview button.
narrow a Search rather than go through the entire Library's contents. Click on Show and the dropdown shown below will appear. Choose a
subject and the Library will show only those files that meet the chosen category.

You can look for the file by using the View's dropdown to choose either Listing or Thumbnails. Thumbnails will show a small picture of each image. Double click on the Thumbnail to see a Preview of the image, see the desert scene above. Click on Close Preview to exit the Preview screen. To select the file, click on the picture. Then go to the bottom of the Library screen and click Select.
Date. The Library will group the images by the dates they were stored, from the earliest date to the latest date. Click again, and the Library will
group the files from the most recent date to the oldest date. It is a quick and easy way to search for a recently stored file. See Created Date
highlighted below.


Once you have found the appropriate Article, Image, or file. Click in the gray box next to its name. See up arrow.


Then go down to the bottom of the Library page, and click Select.
