    To Retrieve a Stored Image:

After you store your Image, there will be a time when you'll need to use that particular Image.

You probably will have stored quite a number of Images, and there are several ways to search for a particular Image

 by using the Library Toolbar.

Below are brief explanations, but if you need more details please see the page How to Search Through the Library, or click here.

   1.   To the left of the Library screen, is a listing of file folders.  Click on the folder that contains the Image that you want.

   2.   If the folder contains different types of files, use the Show dropdown located in the middle of the Library Toolbar.  Show lists all the

different types of files stored. This is a useful tool to narrow a search rather than go through the entire Library's contents. Click on

"Images Only"  to shorten the search effort.

Here are some other Search options:

      • Use Search  by entering part of the letters, numbers, or words that are in the title.  Then click Search

      • You can, also, search for the Image by entering  Keywords in the Search bar, if  they were previously entered when you first stored the Image.
      • Double click on the title of the Image you want, and click Search  .  The Library will bring up the selected file.

      •  If you need to check and see if this is the right file, you can click on the Image's title.  That will bring up a Preview screen.  To exit the Preview screen, click the Close Preview   button located at the bottom.

      • You can, also, roll your cursor over the title to see a "Thumbnail" picture of the Image.

      • You can look for the Image by changing the View.  Use the View's dropdown to choose. "Thumbnails" which will give you a small picture of each Image.  Double click on the "Thumbnail" to see a Preview of the image.  Click on "Close Preview" to exit the Preview screen.  Click once on the picture to select a "Thumbnail" Image.  Then go to the bottom of the screen and click "Select."

      • Using the actual title of Created Date will help you find a particular Image, too.  If you know the date when the Image was stored, click on the title Created Date.  The Library will group the Images by the dates they were stored, from the earliest date to

the latest date.  Click again, and the Library will group the Images from the most recent date to the earliest date.  It is a quick

and easy way to search for a recently stored Image.

When you find the Image, click on the selected Image by clicking on the gray box to the left of the Image's title, see below.

Then, click Select   at the bottom of the Library screen.  (You may have to use the scroll bar.)

The Image will be placed on your working page.
