Usage

A Usage Report can be viewed by a user, provided the user is logged in and has been assigned permission to view reports.

To view the Usage Report, click in the upper right side of the gray toolbar.
Upon clicking this icon, the usage report appears on the screen. It displays the site usage in terms of total bandwidth transfer for the time period dating to the 1^st of the month, and the space currently occupied.
The bandwidth is automatically reset every 1^st of the month.
At the organization (parent) level the report contains the bandwidth transfer and space occupied for the parent site, as well as all child sites.
At the child site level, the report contains bandwidth transfer and space occupied for the child site only.
