To the left of the Reports' Home page,
is the Reports menu panel.
Each one of these subject headings
offers the results for specific tests.
Let's take a close look
at each subject heading. |

|
1. The first title, Visitors, gives you a report of how many people have visited your site, what they did at your site, and how long they
stayed within your site. Visitors is divided into six sections. You can click on one section at a time, and Reports will show you
explicit details of each section.
-
Overview shows you a graph of each section from Total Visits to Dwell Time, but it will not have the depth of an individual report.
-
Unique Visitors gives you a one time only count of each visitor. This fine tunes the report, as sometimes visitors can repeatedly visit the same site, and give a misleading total of visitors. Unique Visitors are measured once by their IP addresses. This one time count is important to site publishers and site advertisers as they need to have an accurate
count of visitors.
by Page by clicking one of the radio buttons that are located under the graph.

2. Split Tests is a way to compare different versions of certain pages of your website. The results will allow you to evaluate which
version of two pages is more successful in meeting your goals for your website, which page version is more effective, and which
version receives more visitors and/or visitor interaction.
3. Form Submissions will give you all the information that comes in from your forms.
4. Link Checker allows you to test all your hyperlinks on your site. It, also, allows you to check one page at a time.
5. Role Tracking is a way you can track how long a person stays in a particular role within your website. Let's say a person seems
interested in purchasing a franchise from you. Before you spend a lot of time with this person, you'll want to see if he/she is
serious.
-
So now, you will have information that can help you decide if the person is serious about becoming a franchisee. In other words, if the person stays in Step 1 for several months, he/she is probably not serious about becoming a franchisee and, therefore, not worth pursuing.
