Visibility

This section is where you determine who can see the page.

  1. This page can be viewed by:
    • Everyone (refer to Example 1): Allows any site visitor to view this page. Visitor does not need to be logged into site.
    • Only logged in users of this site (refer to Example 2): Requires that the site visitor must be logged in to see this page. If this option is selected, you may also choose Roles:
      • Check "All Roles" if you want the page to be visible to any use who is logged into the site. Or you may select individual roles.
  2. Click Next to move on to the Publishing tab (on parent sites only), where you determine if the new page should be pushed to your Child Sites, and if the Child Site users can edit the new page.
     
  3. If you don't need to go to the Publishing page, or if you are working from a child site, click Finish.
