Copy or Delete a Page

Copy a Page

  1. Hover your mouse over the Page button to see additional options relating to pages, then click Copy Page.

  3. This will open the Copy Page Wizard.

     
    • Select Page to Copy: The current page is selected by default. Use the dropdown arrow to choose the desired page if you'd like to copy a different page.
    • New Page Name: Enter a name for your new page.
    • Publish Page As Expired: If this box is checked, your new page will have a stop date that is in the past, making it an expired page that is not live. Uncheck this box if you would like your page to have a current publishing date. 
       
  4. Click Copy to copy the selected page.
     
  5. You will see a message stating that the page was successfully copied.

     
  6. Click the Close button to exit the Copy Page Wizard.
     
  7. The copied page will appear on the "List of Pages" to the left of your screen. By default, it will be located under the page that you copied.

 

Delete a Page

  1. Hover your mouse over the Page button to see additional options relating to pages, then click Delete Page.

     
  2. You will be presented with a warning, ensuring your decision to delete the desired page.
     
  3. Select Yes to delete the page.
