Form Builder
A Form is a lot like an Article in that you can add text, colors, elements, etc., but additionally you can add form elements.
Editing Toolbar
Below is the Editing Toolbar that appears for Forms. Click on any form to access this toolbar. Notice that it includes all the icons that appear on the Editing Toolbar for articles, with the addition of the form building section.
The chart below shows the function of all the icons in the Form Building section of the Editing Toolbar (click here to see the functions of all the other icons).

Checkbox: The Checkbox control gives you the opportunity to add a Checkbox to your Form. Checkboxes can be used in many different ways. For an example, if on your Form you wanted to know the customer's age group, you might ask "Please check the box that is in your age range." Learn more
Dropdown List: Dropdown List enables you to offer a customer a wide variety of choices. As an added benefit, all these choices won't take up extra space on your Form. Learn more
Button: Usually Action Buttons are used at the end of a Form so that a customer can click "Submit" for the Form to be sent, or "reset" to edit the entered information within the Form. In order for a Form to work, it must have a Submit button, otherwise you'll have no way of receiving the customer's information. Learn more

Upload File: You can allow a customer to Upload a File to place in your Form. The File can then be downloaded when the Form is submitted. Learn more
An important thing to note is that you may not use the same name for more than one form field. For example, if you need to place two different address fields into your form, they could be named 'Address1' and 'Address2'.
They cannot both be named Address.
The name you give to each form field is important. A report is generated each time a form is submitted, containing all the information the user entered into the form. This information is organized based on the names you specify for each form field. Click here to read more about how to access this report.
We recommend that you avoid using special characters and spaces when creating field names (uppercase and lowercase letters are both ok)
