Frequently Asked Questions About HTML

Question:
Adding HTML causes the line spacing in my article to be messed up.  I added a Paypal Donate HTML code to the home page of my site.  Once I added the HTML code, the text above the snippet appeared being double line spaced in published mode (looked okay in edit mode).  Leaving the table and deleting the snippet returned the line spacing as normal.

Answer:
Here's the catch:  to make the HTML snippet forms work inside the ASP.NET pages, we had to engineer the Editor so that it turns the snippets into iframes (by a limitation of Microsoft).  The thing is, we can't set only the information in the snippet in the iframe, we need to enclose the entire article when a snippet is used. This is obvious to the user, but it can cause issues such as noted above.  The best way to avoid any such issues, is to keep the snippet as isolated as possible.  We advise you to add HTML in an article by itself.
